Download the Blaigent app for Windows or Mac. Open the file — it installs, then opens. Same inbox, same agent, same sign-in, in its own window.

Windows installer

Download Blaigent-Setup.exe, open it, and it installs the Blaigent app. Adds Start Menu and Desktop shortcuts, then opens. No unzipping. No extra browser to install.

Mac app

Download the Mac installer, open it, and Blaigent is installed. First open: right-click → Open if macOS asks. The app opens your workspace in its own window.

Web app

Install from Chrome or Edge (Install app in the address bar), or open the dashboard in any browser. Works on phones too via Add to Home Screen.

How it works

  1. One file. Download it, open it, it installs the Blaigent app. No unzipping.
  2. The app opens your workspace — sign in with the same account.
  3. When a new version is published, the app shows Update now. Click it and the new installer runs.

Requirements

Windows 10 or later. macOS 11 or later. The web app needs a current browser. The desktop app is unsigned; Windows SmartScreen and macOS Gatekeeper may ask you to confirm the first run.
